About Us

How it all began.

A word spoken to one man in 2002 became a house-fellowship, then a commission, then a family raising a people of purity, purpose and power in Lugbe, Abuja.

Our founders

A man's obedience, a family's labor.

Whatever you're carrying, there's room for you here — the same word that built this house from a Thursday fellowship still holds true today.

Who we are

Our story, mission & values.

1993

Called into the ministry

Revd. Dr. Abiodun Ishola receives the call of God into the ministry, and serves in different capacities in the body of Christ over the following years.

2002

The Lord speaks: raise a church

While travelling to resume a Federal Government appointment in Abuja, the Lord speaks to His servant that He is sending him to raise a church. Years of prayer, fasting and study follow — a preparation season for the birth of the Commission.

Nov 2, 2012

The Commission is dedicated

What began as a Thursday house-fellowship in his residence, then a monthly outreach in a hotel hall, becomes a dedicated apartment — meeting every Wednesday for Empowerment and Breakthrough Service.

Shortly after

Sunday service begins

The Lord leads the house into Sunday service, starting with family and a single Youth Corps member. Others join as they are individually led by the Spirit.

2015

Released into full-time ministry

Rev. Dr. Abiodun Ishola and his wife, Dr. Mrs. Olabisi Ishola, are prayed for and released into full-time ministry by Archbishop Charles Agyin Asare of Perez Dome, Ghana. Days later, Papa E.A. Adeboye, General Overseer of RCCG, prays for them on the same matter.

Since

Moving from glory to glory

Fathers of faith — Late Revd. Dr. Uma Ukpai, Bishop Francis Wale Oke and Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo — contribute through prayer, counsel and teaching whose impartation still speaks today, as the Commission labors to see the earth filled with the glory of God.
